• When do I choose each year’s pyjamas?−

  About four weeks before your child’s birthday we’ll invite you in — softly, with time to browse. If life is hectic, we’ll nudge again until you’re ready.

• What if their birthday is really soon when I join?+

  We’ll tell you honestly if the first parcel needs a quicker turnaround. You’ll never be left guessing — we adjust the first dispatch so pyjamas can still land with love.

• Can I pause instead of cancelling?+

  Yes. If a year needs to be quiet, you can pause — we’ll skip the charge and the parcel until you’re ready to come back.

• How does the Year Postcard work?+

  Throughout the year you drop memories into Year Notes — a favourite phrase, a photo, a milestone. Before print, you approve the postcard layout. Then it travels with the pyjamas.

• Are the pyjamas true to size?+

  We offer friendly size labels with a little guidance, because you know your child’s shape best. You can open a size guide anytime during selection.
